1. What is the size of one area/room considered to be?
One area/room is considered to be 250 sq. FT and under. If your area/room is bigger than that, then it is considered to be an additional area/room. Steps and hallways are considered an area/room.
How long does it take for my carpet to dry after a cleaning?
Generally it takes about 4-6 hours of drying time for carpets to completely dry. We recommend having some air circulation upon completion of carpet cleaning.
How long will it take to clean my carpets or furniture?
Usually our services take an average of 1-2 hours depending on how much needs to be cleaned or how “bad” the stains are.
What is the minimum "come out" fee to do any service?
Our minimum charge or bottom line charge to perform any one service is $69.00 + tax.
Are discounts given for small areas/rooms?
We try to keep our prices affordable for our customers. However because our prices are very competitive compared to our bigger competition, our prices cannot be compromised.
Why do I have to put in my credit card information to book an appointment online?
We have a holding fee that is used to encourage our customers to keep their appointments or cancel before the 24 hours of your appointment. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. YOU ARE ONLY CHARGED A $20.00 FEE IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE 24 HOURS OR RESCHEDULE. HOWEVER THERE IS NO CHARGE TO SECURE OR CANCEL, OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE APPROPRIATE TIME FRAME.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment if needed?
Yes! You can reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour period of your appointment. You may also cancel your appointment before the 24 hour period of your appointment. ONLY IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS CAN AN APPOINTMENT BE CANCELLED WITHIN THE 24 HOUR APPOINTMENT PERIOD. YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE TO CANCEL AT THAT POINT.
What happens if one or more of my stains can not be removed after a cleaning?
Our master technician is very honest about stains that have a low probability of removal. Some stains can “disappear” and come back due to the depth of the stain in the carpet. We will always try our best to remove a stain as best as we can but there are no guarantee’s of total removal. Removal of a stain depends on how old the stain is, what was wasted on the carpet/furniture and the type of material the carpet/furniture is. We have a ten day policy where if you are unsatisfied we will come back out at our expense.
Why should I get stain protection?
This will help protect your carpets/furniture from spills turning into permanent stains. Stain protection will repel spills, resist soiling and add life to your carpet/furniture.
